Our onboarding process is fast, easy, and takes minutes, not hours, to set up. No fax is required, and carriers fill out an online profile and signs contracts electronically.

We appreciate your interest in becoming an approved transportation provider for Royal Savii, LLC. Below are some of the critical requirements for your company to qualify as an approved carrier. Suppose your company is not compliant with one or several of the qualification criteria contained in the registration process. In that case, you may return at another time to register once the non-compliant items are corrected.

APPROVAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • This registration, and Royal Savii’s Broker-Carrier Agreement, mut be completed by an authorized employee with legal authority to execute and legally bind the company to transportation agreements.
  • Provide your MC/MX# or DOT# to begin registration. Intrastate carriers without a DOT# may provide an applicable state registration number to begin registration.
  • Submit an electronic W9.
  • Must submit a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) and federal tax information electronically during the registration.
  • Provide a Certificate of Insurance that meets the minimum insurance requirements below. Certificates must be submitted by your insurance producer (agent).
    • $1,000,000 General Liability
    • $1,000,000 Auto Liability/BIPD
    • $100,000 Cargo Coverage
  • If RMIS does not already have a copy of your certificate on file, we will request one for you from your insurance agent (producer).
  • All Carriers are required to meet the following Compliance Requirements:
    • Safety Rating must be Satisfactory or None.
    • Companies must have active Common or Contract Authority.
    • Financially stable.

Yes, once you have completed the registration process, you can start moving freight with us immediately. However, if you have a new MC number, it can take up to 30 days before moving freight with Royal Savii.

Yes, when you sign up as a carrier either by phone or online, a dedicated Account Executive will be assigned. We will contact you within 24 hours or less to get started.

Freight moves 24/7, and so does Royal Savii. We offer quality support day and night. Just call 254-379-9197 and speak with a Specialist.

Royal Savii proactively and consistently posts available loads via Truck Stop and other transportation Load Boards. In addition, you can always contact a Royal Savii Representative to discuss freight opportunities and book loads.

Payment, no worries. Carriers who transport freight for our clients get paid on time, every time. You decide on payment options.

  • Quick Pay – These options are paid within 24 or 48 hours of approval with a percent fee deducted from gross settlement to Carrier. 
  • Standard Pay – 21 business days after Royal Savii receives the invoice. No fees assessed, a paper check is mailed, or ACH deposit. 
  • Work in partnership with your factoring company. Let us know who they are, and we will arrange payment with them.
